About myself
Construction was always my passion and I always wanted to do something in this sector but I didn't come from a business-oriented family and my parents never encouraged me to start my own business because they were so afraid. About 8 years ago, I decided to follow my dreams and resigned from my full-time job and made it a point to myself to start my journey to do what I love. to follow my passion and to start my own thing in the construction industry.
With the help of my mentor, I started following and shadowing site meetings, and board hearings and I learned and absorbed as much as I could each and every day. I started off with my closest family and friends; houses and I turned them into cozy homes until I got my first project with actual payments. The beginning was hard financially. I terminated a full-time job and started from nothing with no pay. I worked hard, and I never complained because I was doing what I love. This is my passion and I wake up grateful every day to do what I do. Today, after completing a Degree in Business and Management at the University of Malta, Muriel Grech is the Director and Founder of one of the leading companies in the project management sector with a portfolio of various projects. from the Giardina project at the oncology centre in Mater
Dei to Ta' Qali national parks, to restoring some of the most remarkable residential properties on the island to developing and finishing residential units as per our client's needs.
